DESCRIPTION |

Methi is the Indian name for fenugreek, a spice that can completely transform a dish. Kasoor is the region where the best fenugreek is grown. In these crisp rolls, dry fenugreek leaves are added to a puree of chick peas and the result is an explosion of taste and flavour. Spices like roasted cumin and chilli powder enhance the experience and you can revel in the richness of Indian delicacies. Indian cooking uses various parts of the same plant in various ways, to create new dishes. For instance, the fenugreek seed is a favourite spice in Indian kitchens. The leaves and stems of the plant are either used fresh when in season or dried and crumbled, as in these rolls. Serve hot.
