Hara Bara Kebab Blinis
Ingredients

  • 160 gmHandi Hara Bara Kebab – Refined Oil
For Blinis
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 15 ml Vinegar
  • 250 gm Flour
  • 7.5 gm Baking Powder
  • 2.5 gm Baking Soda
  • 2.5 gm Cinnamon Powder
  • 120 gm Banana Mash
  • 15 ml Refined Oil
  • 1 gm Salt
For Avocado Mash
  • 250 gm Avocado
  • 25 gm Salt
  • 2 gm White Pepper Powder
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
For Garnishing
  • 25 ml Sour Cream
  • 25 gm Dill Leaves
  • 50 gm Carrots
Instructions
  1. In another bowl mix milk, vinegar and set aside. (Bowl 1)
  2. In another bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix. Keep aside. (Bowl 2)
  3. Mix bowl 1 and 2, add mashed banana and oil and whisk to combine.
  4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide it into 8 equal parts and cook on a non stick pan till light brown in colour.
  6. Scoop out Avocado, mix salt, pepper & lemon juice. Mash it to form a smooth paste.
  7. Take the pancake as a base and spread Avocado mash, top it with HBK.
  8. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, carrot and a sprig of Dill leaf.
