Salt and Pepper Manchurian
  • 1 big onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum (green)
  • ½ cup chopped capsicum (red)
  • ½ cup babycorn
  • ½ cup mushroom
  • tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of any oil for cooking veggies
  • Oil for deep frying Handi Manchurian
  • Salt as required, add in moderation as soy sauce already has a lot of salt
  1. Chop the veggies.
  2. Blanche them in hot water for 3-5 minutes and put them in cold water.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry Handi Manchurian and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or wok. On medium heat, first saute ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add chopped onions. Saute for a minute.
  6. Add green capsicum. When they turn little brown, then add the rest of the veggies. Stir fry everything on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar.
  8. Season with salt.
  9. Add Handi Manchurian and mix the stir fried veggies.
  10. Switch off the flame and serve with Noodles or Rice of your choice.
