Veg Seekh with Masala Curry
Ingredients
  • 200 g chopped tomatoes
  • 1 whole green chilli
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 cinnamon Sticks
  • 2.5g whole black pepper
  • 2.5g cumin seeds
  • 1 whole black cardamom
  • 2 to 2 tejpatta leaves
  • 3-4 pieces cloves
  • 30 g chopped garlic
  • 20 g ginger shreds
  • 150 chopped onions
  • 10 g corriander powder
  • 2.5 g funnel powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 50 g water
Instructions
  1. Take sunflower oil and heat in a wok.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks, black pepper, cumin seeds, black cardamom, tejpatta, cloves.
  3. Stir fry on medium fire for 1-2 minutes till they crack.
  4. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  6. Add corriander powder, funnel powder, salt to taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and water.
  7. for 3-5 minutes on slow fire till oil separates.
  8. . Add chopped tomatoes, whole geeen chilli. Stir fry 10-15 minutes till oil separates.
