Ingredients
- 6 Handi Palak Corn Burger Patty
- 12 Dhoklas, 3 big pcs cut into 2
- 400 ml Curd
- 20 g roasted cumin powder
- 20 g red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 60 g chopped corriander
- Mint
- 60 g dal moth
- 12 Papdi
- Corriander leaves for garnishing
- 60 g mango chutney
Instructions
- Place the 3 pcs of dhokla cut into 6 in a linear manner.
- Take curd, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, chopped corriander, mint and dal moth and mix well.
- Pour the curd mixture on the dhoklas.
- Place the palak corn tikki (1.5 tikkis, each tikki to be cut into 4 = 6 pcs) on top of the dhoklas.
- Place the papdis (1 at each end, 1 in the center).
- Pour a line of curd on top using a pipping.
- Drizzle the mint chutney.
- Sprinkle a little of dal moth on top the entire dish.
- Put small dollops of mango chutney on each papdi and your chaat is ready to eat.
