Ingredients
- 1 big onion finely chopped
- ½ cup chopped capsicum (green)
- ½ cup chopped capsicum (red)
- ½ cup babycorn
- ½ cup mushroom
- tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- ½ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp of any oil for cooking veggies
- Oil for deep frying Handi Manchurian
- Salt as required, add in moderation as soy sauce already has a lot of salt
Instructions
- Chop the veggies.
- Blanche them in hot water for 3-5 minutes and put them in cold water.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry Handi Manchurian and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok. On medium heat, first saute ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped onions. Saute for a minute.
- Add green capsicum. When they turn little brown, then add the rest of the veggies. Stir fry everything on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar.
- Season with salt.
- Add Handi Manchurian and mix the stir fried veggies.
- Switch off the flame and serve with Noodles or Rice of your choice.
