- 160 gmHandi Hara Bara Kebab - Refined Oil
For Blinis
- 250 ml Milk
- 15 ml Vinegar
- 250 gm Flour
- 7.5 gm Baking Powder
- 2.5 gm Baking Soda
- 2.5 gm Cinnamon Powder
- 120 gm Banana Mash
- 15 ml Refined Oil
- 1 gm Salt
For Avocado Mash
- 250 gm Avocado
- 25 gm Salt
- 2 gm White Pepper Powder
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
For Garnishing
- 25 ml Sour Cream
- 25 gm Dill Leaves
- 50 gm Carrots
Instructions
- In another bowl mix milk, vinegar and set aside. (Bowl 1)
- In another bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix. Keep aside. (Bowl 2)
- Mix bowl 1 and 2, add mashed banana and oil and whisk to combine.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Divide it into 8 equal parts and cook on a non stick pan till light brown in colour.
- Scoop out Avocado, mix salt, pepper & lemon juice. Mash it to form a smooth paste.
- Take the pancake as a base and spread Avocado mash, top it with HBK.
- Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, carrot and a sprig of Dill leaf.
